Terms of Service
Clap Messenger (“Tvisha Systems Pvt Ltd”) uses the best proven security methods and encryption to deliver private messages, cyber hacking, and other services to users worldwide. You agree to our Terms of Service (“Terms”) by installing or using our apps, services, or website (collective, “Services”).
To create an account, you must register for our Services using your phone number. You agree to receive text messages and calls (from us or our third-party service providers) and verification codes to sign up for our Services.
Clap Messenger does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or content in any way - forever.
To enable new features and enhanced functionality, you agree to download and install updates in our Services.
You are responsible for the company data and costs and taxes associated with the devices on which you use our Services.
You agree to use our Services for official, authorized, and acceptable purposes only. You may not use (or assist others in using) our services in the following ways: (a) Infringes or Violates on the rights of Clap Messenger, our users, or others, including privacy, advertising, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.
You must not (or assist others) access to, use, modify, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit our Services in any way, or in any way harm to Clap Messenger, our Services, or our systems. For example, you should not (a) acquire or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our Services or systems; (b) interfere with the integrity or performance of our Services; (c) create accounts for our Services using unauthorized or default methods; (d) collect information about our users in any unauthorized manner; or (e) sell, rent, or charge our Services.
Clap Messenger never accesses your messages. You are responsible for keeping your device and your Clap Messenger account safe and secure. When you sign up with a new device, your old device will stop receiving all messages and calls.
Our services do not provide access to emergency services providers such as the police, fire department, hospitals, or other public safety organizations. Be sure to contact the emergency services provider via mobile phone, landline, or other services.
Our services may allow you to access, use, or interact with third-party websites, applications, content, and other products and services. When you use third-party services, privacy policies and policies govern your use of those services.
Your Rights. You are the owner of the information you send about our services. You must have the phone number rights that you use to sign up for your Clap Messenger account.
We own all copyright, trademarks, domains, logos, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services. You must not use our copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights unless you have our written permission. To report a copyright, trademark, or other infringement of intellectual property, please contact email@example.com.
Clap Messenger gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.
YOU ARE USING OUR SERVICES AT YOUR RISK AND YOU ARE DISPOSED OF THE FOLLOWING VICTIMS. WE CONSULT OUR SERVICES BASICALLY "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY OBSERVED OR DETERMINED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED, VERIFICATION CERTIFICATES, PERFORMANCE, FOR ANY PURPOSE, FOR A PURPOSE, FOR A PURPOSE, FOR A PURPOSE, FOR A PERFORMANCE. CLAP ESSENGER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US IS INCORRECT, TRUE, OR HELPFUL, THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE EFFECTIVE, EFFECTIVE, OVERWHELMED, PROTECTED, OR OVERWHELMED. WE DO NOT CONTROL, AND WE HAVE NO POWER, WE CONTROL ANYWHERE OUR USERS USE OUR SERVICES. WE ARE NOT A CHURCH OF ACTS OR INFORMATION (INCLUDING CONTENT) OF OUR USERS OR OTHER THREE ORGANIZATIONS. RELEASES, KINDS, ADMINISTRATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFAIRS, OUT OF IT, OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO ANY SUCH CLAIM YOU HAVE IN ANY THIRD PARTY.
Limitation of liability: THE CLAP MESSENGER PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH OUR TERMS, US, OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF THE CLAP MESSENGER PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH OUR TERMS, US, OR OUR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN DAMAGES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THE LAWS OF SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN OUR TERMS, IN SUCH CASES, THE LIABILITY OF THE CLAP MESSENGER PARTIES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Availability of Our Services. Our services may be disrupted, including repairs, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may block some or all our Services, including certain features and support for certain devices and forums, at any time.
Dispute Resolution and Termination Terms
Clap Messenger may update Terms from time to time. When we review our Terms, we will review the "Keeping Amendment" date associated with the updated Terms. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our updated Terms and replaces any prior terms. You will comply with all applicable export and trade control laws. Our Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Clap Messenger regarding our Services. If you do not agree to our Terms, you should stop using our Services.
If we fail to enforce any of our goals, that does not mean we are giving up our right to enforce them. If any offer of the Terms is deemed to be unlawful, null and void, such provision shall be deemed to be a termination of our Terms and shall not affect the enforcement of the remaining provisions. Our services are not intended to be distributed or used in any country where such distribution or use would violate local law or place us in any state of the jurisdiction. Clap Messenger uses the best security ever and secure encryption to provide private messaging and online hacking services to users worldwide ("Services"). Your calls and messages are always encrypted, so they will not be shared or viewed by anyone other than you and the intended recipients.
When you create a Clap Messenger account, you register a phone number. We use your phone number and upload your contact list to Clap Messenger to provide our services to other Clap Messenger users, allowing you to exchange messages and call online with users on your contact list. You can choose by selecting additional information for your accounts, such as your profile name and profile picture.
Clap Messenger cannot remove encryption or access content for your messages or calls. Clap Messenger quotes encrypted messages on its servers to be temporarily delivered to offline devices (e.g., dead battery). Your message history is stored on your devices.
Additional technical information is stored on our servers, including randomly generated verification tokens, keys, push tokens, and other essentials for setting up calls and forwarding messages. Clap Messenger limits this additional technical information to the minimum required to use the Services.
Clap Messenger can automatically select which contacts in your address book for Clap Messenger users, using a service designed to protect the privacy of your contacts. Information from your phone contacts may be recorded and forwarded to the server to determine which contacts are registered.
You can manage your personal information in the settings of the Clap Messenger app. For example, you can update your profile information
Third Groups. We work with third parties to provide some of our services. For example, our Third Party Providers send a verification code to your phone number when you sign up for our Services. These providers are bound by their Privacy Policies to protect that information
Some situations where Clap Messenger may need to share your data
- Comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
- Enforcement of applicable regulations, which includes the investigation of potential violations of the law.
- Detecting, preventing, or dealing with fraud, security, or technical problems.
- To protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of Clap Messenger, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
